Rate Schedule for (United States and Canada)
All work performed by J.E. Baker Field Service, LLC will be charged at the following rates, terms and conditions will apply:
Straight Time
- Regular work of 10-hour days
- Standby and Travel
$130 USD Per Hour
Overtime & Saturdays
- Weekdays after 10-hours
- Saturdays up to 10-hours
$195 USD Per Hour
Double Time
- Sundays up to 10-hours
- Holidays up to 10-hours
$260 USD Per Hour
Additional Fees
1: Airfare, Rental Car, Hotels, etc., will be charged at: Actual Cost.
2: Minimum billing time will be: 4 hours.
3: Per Diem: $70.00 USD/ Daily.
4: Payment Terms: Upon Receipt of Invoice.
5: Mileage of personal vehicle usage to and from airports or job sites will be charged at .70 cents per mile.
NOTE: A $100.00 a day fee will be added for invoices not paid within 60 days of receipt.

How To Schedule
At J.E. Baker Field Service LLC, we make it easy to maintain your pneumatic conveying systems and process equipment through a seamless and transparent process. Customers specify the equipment they need to be serviced, and we provide a detailed quote tailored to their needs. Once the quote is approved, a purchase order (PO) is issued to secure the service.
Following the service visit, we calculate the final cost, allowing customers to update their PO as needed for accuracy and convenience.
To facilitate timely scheduling, a copy of the purchase order (PO) must be provided before travel authorization is granted.
Our goal is to provide expert service with clear and simple terms, ensuring you get the best results with no surprises.

- Manufacture equipment model(s) and serial number(s) with all nameplate data available.
- Whether the issue is recurring or the specific steps to reproduce the alarm.
- Are there any available PLC or DCS trend logs recorded at the time of material handling system or equipment failure?
- Provide PFD or P&ID, if available.
- The date when the issue first occurred.
